PMRC 2020 IRR Now Available for Public Comment
The Proposed Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) for the PMRC 2020 is now available for public review and comment on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) website and the PMRCC website's Resources Page. We invite all stakeholders to provide feedback during the comment period from April 13, 2024, to May 2, 2024.
Comments may be sent to the Office of the General Counsel at ogc@pse.com.ph until May 2, 2024.
