  1. Take care of all the PMRCC correspondence among the Parent and/or Associate Organizations, inquiries from the public and website administration;

  2. Assist the PMRCC in arranging schedules, venues and corresponding program agenda of PMRCC meetings, and if directed, PMRCC-related trainings, seminars and/or workshops,

  3. Maintain the records of the PMRCC, both digital and non-digital, in good order including a list of active and inactive Competent Persons among the Parent Organizations; and

  4. If directed, compile and manage a digital library of PMRC-compliant reports submitted to PSE as part of disclosures made available to the public.
